First Slot Release of 2020 Comes from Play’N Go – Legacy of Dead

Sorry, it had to be said. Fair play Play’N Go certainly know how to develop immersive slots but throwing out new slots with just a little tweak here or there is hardly impressive.
Legacy of Dead is just a new version of the much-loved Book of Dead, but instead of golden book scatters, you have golden temples. The visuals are much more appealing granted, but still too similar to the original. One of the symbols on the reels has been upgraded to the ancient king – the prominent figure upon the reels of the Doom of Egypt and Rise of Egypt slots.

When you put Book of Dead and this latest Legacy of Dead side to side, there’s not much difference to be honest. Both deliver maximum wins of 250,000 coins; both require at least three scatter symbols to land 10 free spins and each bonus feature will select a special symbol to become the ‘expanding symbol’.
